Lead Kepler’s global regulatory strategy and execution, secure and protect spectrum access for space missions, and manage government relations, shaping policy across U.S., Canadian, and international forums. Lead a small team, advise Kepler’s executive team on regulatory matters, and present regularly to the board of directors on policy risk, spectrum strategy, and compliance.
