Advise on the legal aspects of employee leasing agreements and develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with all relevant trade laws and employment law regulations in Austria. Stay up-to-date on relevant legal changes and legislation. Manage legal risks associated with employee leasing activities. Liaise with external legal counsel as needed. Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to trade and employment law in Austria.
