Manage daily operations at West Coast 3PL’s, including customer orders, projects, weekly meetings, and KPIs. Conduct monthly site visits and performance audits at warehouses and manufacturing sites. Must be able to collaborate cross functionally to adequately plan for future pallet needs and space. Serve as a liaison between 3PLs and customer facing / logistics team.

A Supply Chain Manager (SCM) is needed to play a key role in disrupting the home essentials industry with Blueland’s innovative products. The SCM will partner with a cross-functional team to support the various Supply Chain business processes, including Planning, Purchasing, and Inventory Management. This role focuses on determining what inventory is needed to support Blueland’s growing business and managing key business processes to ensure Blueland has the proper inventory.
