Manage export/import licensing and compliance activities within Raytheon’s Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU). Work with the program Empowered Official or act as the program Empowered Official (as applicable) and be responsible for contributing to key global trade compliance infrastructure elements.

The Export Compliance Manager will lead compliance efforts and support global operations, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure adherence to U.S. regulations while enabling smooth, compliant international trade. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company’s export compliance program to ensure adherence to U.S. and international trade regulations. The position requires an initiative-taking approach to risk management.
