As Sprinto scales, you will have opportunities to expand into a senior CRO role, managing larger optimization projects and influencing broader growth strategies. Responsibilities include website & landing page optimization, performance marketing CRO, data analysis & insights, experimentation & testing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Take ownership of the CRO product offering, establish and refine best practices and methodologies for conversion rate optimization, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to grow the product's revenue. The CRO Director will lead the transformation from a design-focused department to a conversion-focused powerhouse. Focus on driving customer acquisition and retention.
