This position seeks a candidate with experience in the treatment or study of Binge Eating Disorder as well as Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders and/or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. The Sr Program Development Lead will focus on the design, development, evaluation, and implementation of clinical services, protocols, resources, and educational materials at Equip.
The Family Mentor Lead will manage, lead, and support their team of direct report Family Mentors and work alongside a multidisciplinary care team to provide support and skill-building to carer families and patient support people. Outside of sessions, Family Mentor Leads run support/skill-building groups, support their team members through supervision, support the Director of Family Mentorship with team-specific objectives, and take on additional tasks as needed.
