The Publishing Manager will be primarily responsible for the strategic development of the journals in their portfolio, monitoring journal performance through the entire end-to-end process of publication, and ensuring maximum speed and efficiency. This role will require a strong customer care focus, ensuring a perfect customer experience for scholars interacting with Academia.edu journals, in their capacity as either authors, reviewers, or editors.
