The Director of Credentialing and Compliance will own the credentialing function, including managing the credentialing team, implementing new credentialing tools, and leading accreditation compliance, reporting to the Sr. Director, Network Growth Operations, and partnering with various teams such as Onboarding, Recruiting, and Legal.

Rula is seeking an experienced Sr. Provider Compliance Specialist to help them scale their credentialing department while ensuring that their providers meet their required expectations. This person will communicate important changes to compliance requirements. They will also partner with different cross-functional teams to drive improvements to credentialing processes.
