The Proposal Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the proposal process from pre-RFP through submission to optimize best chances for contract award. You will assists in the development of proposals through collaboration with all members of the proposal team. You will also manage/coordinates individual RFP/RFQ proposal efforts and rewrites sections as required.
