The Performance and Planning Associate is responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality tour programs and retaining that business. As a member of the Operations team, the PPA works cross-functionally with stakeholders to support the day-to-day management of tour details and individual tour participants. This is a temporary 30 hours/week role expected to last for 7 months.
