As a Technical Program Manager, you will orchestrate delivery of identity and credentialing software solutions for our government partners. You will operate at three altitudes: Strategic, Tactical, and Multimodal. Your mandate is to remove friction, clarify priorities, and drive execution so that Spruce and our customers can confidently deliver identity solutions that are secure, interoperable, and citizen-centric.
As Product Manager in our Integrations tribe, you will be instrumental in shaping the evolution of our provider ecosystem, ensuring it consistently surpasses customer expectations. Your role will involve driving continuous enhancement of Yuno's offerings, aligning them with commercial objectives and the broader company strategy. You’ll be responsible for developing a provider ecosystem recognized as best-in-class across all regions, balancing customer-driven demand with strategic revenue opportunities and prioritization.
The Associate Product Manager will contribute to the product roadmap for connectors and data ingestion, supporting senior product managers in prioritization and planning. They will also partner with engineering to define lightweight requirements for new integrations and enhancements.
