This role supports, monitors, and analyzes quality problems, develops corrective actions, and leads quality improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma. In this role as technical support agent, you will provide expert assistance in the diagnosis of complex technical issues and support the dealer network with quick solution finding of technical product issues. You will work closely with the technicians of the respective workshops and dealerships and support with repair instructions via specified communication channels.
