The Global Escalations & Controls Lead will be part of the Global Customer Service team and will lead a project which supports the implementation and ongoing development of the Goodwill Programme.
Responsible for supporting retailers and independent workshops with diagnostic and repair support. Identifying educational needs and fill competence gaps at retailers and escalating cases when needed. Responsible for technical support for workshops in Dutch - speaking markets, enabling the best possible service to customers.
