Play a crucial part in enhancing the performance of our Protegrity products and ensuring they meet the highest standards. Collaborate closely with the Manager/Director of Product Performance Engineering and other team members to understand and evaluate the performance of our products. Develop and enhance performance evaluation scopes, execute tests, and troubleshoot performance issues. Engage with customers to understand and resolve performance issues, ensuring their satisfaction.
