The Customer Trainer delivers classroom-based and hands-on training to customers of the Konecranes Training Institute (KTI) who operate, inspect, and maintain overhead and mobile cranes. Instruction is conducted either onsite at customer locations or at Konecranes training facilities. KTI is seeking a customer trainer with electrical and mechanical crane maintenance expertise. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively teach and demonstrate crane operation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
