Provide high-quality virtual primary care through video visits, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education. Manage a panel of patients, delivering comprehensive care across acute, chronic, and preventive needs. Collaborate with the Care and Case Management team to develop care plans and support successful outcomes.
Provide clinical evaluation, assessment, and treatment of patients (students) who use the TimelyCare platform. You will be working M-F anywhere between 6 am and 11pm CST, with an average of 40 hours clinical per week with occasional overnights and weekends. You will be responsible for providing synchronous/asynchronous clinical evaluation, assessment, and treatment of patients, in states of licensure, prescribing appropriate medication(s), if indicated, and appropriately documenting the encounter in EHR (platform).
