Under direction of the Deputy Director, Alternative Energy, the Engineer will work on alternative energy and electrical/mechanical code related issues, review requests for material approval, and work on other various technical subject matters. They will research, evaluate, and document use of materials in accordance with the NYC Construction Codes and manage technical review and approval of applications submitted to the department.
