The Nuclear Company is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Dir, Compliance & ITAAC Automation to spearhead the digital transformation of our NRC ITAAC (Inspections, Tests, Analyses, and Acceptance Criteria) compliance processes. This critical role will lead the development and implementation of automated solutions to streamline regulatory submissions, enhance audit tracking, and improve overall compliance efficiency.

Serve as a key resource and subject matter expert on community benefits, education, and access to energy incentive programs, supporting Oregonians by providing information, resources, and guidance to help them utilize available energy incentives effectively. Expected to work at the central workplace at least six workdays each calendar year and attend pre-scheduled in-person all-staff meetings.
