Fast-paced, hands-on role at the intersection of storytelling, reputation, and community, it will help the team move with clarity, coordination, and confidence, ensuring Paddle’s story is told accurately and with impact. You will manage Paddle’s social media activity, translate campaigns into engaging posts, monitor sentiment, and support the Head of Comms with press office operations.

You’ll be responsible for creating innovative and engaging social media campaigns for TV or film projects, executing social strategies, conceptualizing social creative and engaging with audiences across social media channels. Manage social media campaigns, ideate content, post content, facilitate community management, build content calendars, write creative copy, work with the creative team to execute assets, produce content, and administer reporting and analytics.

Support a fast-growing client by managing their social media interactions, brand voice, and public-facing communication. You’ll manage conversations, comments, and messages across social media channels while representing the brand with precision and personality. Responsible for tone alignment, accurate interpretation of customer intent, and maintaining a consistent voice across all touchpoints.

This role focuses on supporting the content manager, community engagement, analytics tracking, and supporting broader marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and drive engagement.

You will be an experienced newsroom social media coordinator with strong content creation and video editing skills. You will have a deep understanding of social media strategy, trends, social video editing and working with influencers. You will have a proven track record of executing a strong level of social media growth and engagement across projects. You are proactive and want to make an impact within our newsroom.
