Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Senior Fullstack Software Engineer designs and develops both front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across the entire stack. They lead technical projects, mentor junior developers, and provide guidance on best practices and architectural decisions.

You will be the primary developer for St. Jude intranet portal used by all employees with a technical architecture based on SharePoint Online; solutions require significant knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies . Demonstrated knowledge of building solutions using SPFX and the M365 Power Platform environment is required.

As a Mid-Level FrontEnd Engineer (React), your mission will be to develop solutions autonomously and in collaboration with the team, contributing to improvements. You will be expected to understand code behavior, identify issues using debuggers, design feature architectures, and comprehend project software architecture.

Craft client code that is not just efficient, but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality. Independently drive project delivery within defined architecture, demonstrating autonomy and accountability in all stages from conceptualization to deployment. Engage in agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities.

This role will allow the team to deliver on key user acquisition projects and ultimately contribute to Greenlight’s user base growth. This engineer will work on a Scrum team with two-week sprints focused on building and enhancing viral growth loops using web/mobile but also has the opportunity to make contributions to our backend services.

Build and maintain responsive public websites with Salesforce Experience Cloud. Implement interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Lightning Web Components. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional, accessible components. Conduct accessibility audits and usability testing, ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines.

Enhance public-facing websites through responsive design, accessibility, and seamless integration, focusing on WCAG 2.2 AA compliant experiences. Partner with Salesforce Architects, Product Managers, and UX teams to translate business needs into scalable, user-centered solutions. Develop and maintain Experience Cloud solutions, integrating with headless CMS and external systems.
