A Sr. System Engineer is a highly skilled systems engineer with expert knowledge in multiple operating systems, software systems or system technologies. They work with a high degree of independence to develop or lead the development or implementation of systems. Stays current with new and emerging technology, security threats and standards as it relates to the needs of the company. Takes leadership role in guiding projects through the complete implementation life cycle.

In this hands-on role, you’ll lead testing strategies across routing, planning, controls, and simulation, collaborating closely with software developers to build robust software tests, improve testing infrastructure, and drive root cause analysis. You will help deliver high-performing autonomy functions that directly impact the rider experience by designing and implementing testing strategies and evaluation frameworks for autonomy software systems.
