Assist with all aspects of the show's booking of guests and production of segments. Pitch and book compelling guests/two stories to appear on the show on a weekly basis. Travel and meet guests upon arrival. Communicate with Producer about guests and production needs. Handle all guest paperwork with Production, Legal & Accounting teams. Assist Show Producer and delegate to Production Assistants as needed. Assist with guest arrival, wardrobe, and additional production/show day needs.
