Make a significant impact in personal injury cases as a Case Manager. Support attorneys through all phases of pre-litigation and some litigation taking each case from intake through signed release with minimal attorney touchpoints. Analyze coverage, build demands, and negotiate directly with adjusters to hit or beat firm-set settlement and cycle-time targets. Serve as the primary contact for clients and medical providers, giving timely updates, gathering records, and coaching clients.

This role involves assisting with our vibrant and growing practice, requiring 3+ years of Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation experience. Manage cases in state and federal courts; supervise/mentor staff; manage discovery; take/defend depositions; write petitions, complaints, motions and briefs with little supervision; and prepare for trial.
