This is a performance-based dispatch role working with owner-operators under their own authority where earnings are commission-based, and income depends on efficiency, negotiation skill, and carrier volume. You will book loads through broker networks and load boards, negotiate competitive rates, coordinate pickups, deliveries, tracking, and paperwork, and communicate professionally with both drivers and brokers, and manage your workflow independently.
