The Core Messaging team focuses on enhancing the performance and reliability of Braze's most frequently used messaging channels. As a Senior Software Engineer I, you will take ownership of critical components of Braze's high-scale architecture and lead team OKRs to ensure they stay on track. Through collaboration, you will drive improvements to our product, technology, and team processes.

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Chat Apps team, which is responsible for building and scaling Braze’s newest chat messaging channels. As a senior engineer on the team, you will work with us to build out new features, improve performance, and provide guidance on key architectural decisions. You’ll work all over our stack, but we’ll especially want you to own our front-end architecture as we build out a channel (KakaoTalk) that allows for rich messaging.

The Financial Systems team leads the ongoing enhancement of Finance’s business processes, applications, reporting, and IT general controls. As the Staff Program Manager, you own the successful delivery of high-impact outcomes, by overseeing the on-going development of our finance transformation roadmap, leading complex, technical initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration and implementing best practices in project management.
