As a Customer Success Director you will join our department’s senior leadership team to own our entire book of business within Braze geography. You will manage multiple teams, taking ownership of their growth, development and achievement. You will take ultimate responsibility for your team’s book of business, building strong relationships with customers, minimizing and mitigating risks, along with successfully supporting growth opportunities to ensure your teams hit their KPIs.
We’re looking for a world class Recruiter to help build and scale our global Go-To-Market team. This person should be excited to design and execute customized candidate recruiting plans while also being a point person for all things hiring with our hiring managers. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance and partnering with hiring managers on hiring needs and priorities.
As a Customer Success Manager in our Enterprise team you will be part of a team managing some of the world’s biggest and most recognizable brands. Own client renewals, retention and net retention targets for your customers. Be your customers’ main point of contact and trusted advisor at Braze. Partner with Account Executives to provide an excellent customer experience and to ensure commercial alignment. Drive feature adoption by building a shared Success Plan with your customers, providing strategic guidance, enablement, and day-to-day advice to help them hit their objectives with Braze.
