Provide general supervision for the prescribing team to ensure clinical quality, safety, compliance, and alignment with evidence-based care. Manage a caseload and provide comprehensive care services to children and teens as part of a multidisciplinary team. Provide psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and ongoing medication management, while ensuring a high standard of care in all aspects of service delivery.
Support children and teens ages 0 to 17 years and their caregivers, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and parent-management training for the duration of their care plan. Coordinate care with primary care providers, schools, and others relevant to youth care. Complete thorough clinical documentation within Brightlineβs standard of ethical care.
Provide high-quality care to Brightline members, delivering evidence-based mental health care for kids, teens, and families. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive care to kids up to age 18, developing care plans, utilizing evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
