- Prepare the installation by familiarizing yourself with the technical specifications of the system and ensuring the technical and material prerequisites internally and with the client in order to carry out the installation within the deadlines.
- Carry out the on-site installation of a system and the training of the client in order to carry out the commissioning in accordance with the specifications.
- Carry out regular and/or preventive maintenance according to the defined protocol for the system concerned in order to meet compliance or contractual criteria towards the client.
- Provide technical solutions to first level global support team by finding genuine solutions for complex service problems.
- Communicate efficiently and effectively internally and with customers and partners by asking targeted questions to quickly understand root cause issues.
- Take ownership of escalated cases and ensure they are effectively resolved by driving the process until a technical solution is identified.
- Provide expert hands-on technical expertise in installation, commissioning, training, maintenance, fault-finding and customer support.
- Deliver highly competent, effective and focused engineering and technical support to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Familiarize with specific instrumentation, liaise with customers, inspect, install, set up, test and achieve specifications of systems.
