Play a central role in the design, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing systems—ensuring clients’ are successful. Serve as the cloud SME to clients within design, architecture, and deployment engagements in the AWS, Azure, or GCP space using automated orchestration. Mentor junior team members by reviewing their work and guiding them through troubleshooting.
The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project life cycle management, working directly with the Cyber Security Services teams to support the multiple frameworks and teams across Coalfire to successfully deliver projects within the defined scope, on time, and on budget. This role involves building client relationships and handling escalated issues, requiring independent work with minimal supervision.
Serve as a Resource Deployment Manager (RDM) and play a crucial role in optimizing workforce planning and resource allocation across assigned delivery teams. Proactively partner with leadership and project managers to align talent with business needs. Maintain a comprehensive view of resource availability, utilization, and capacity while managing daily staffing requests and improving resource management processes.
