The Account Executive will manage and drive sales within the SLED space in our Eastern Territory. This role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with internal and customer partners in state and local government and education, including senior decision makers. The Account Executive will develop and close business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, align with Corelight's partner ecosystem, and maintain accurate pipeline management.
This role within Corelight Labs team involves building a distributed research platform for testing detections and ML. The platform, named Polaris, comprises real metal and some cloud (AWS, Azure), is monitored with Zeek, Prometheus, Alertmanager, and visualized with Grafana. The team runs long-lived services on Kubernetes in EKS and use Go, Python, Typescript, Bash, and Git for tools and automation, coordinating with GitOps and collaborating with various teams.
