Drive strategic initiatives and projects throughout the organization, ensuring successful project delivery, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with organizational goals. You'll develop work plans, define measurable KPIs and EBITDA Targets, track project scope, lead multiple projects, and coordinate virtual project deployments across ~400 offices. Responsibilities also include collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and communicating project status to stakeholders.

The IT Help Desk Support-Tier II professional will join the team and will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Support. Responsibilities include communicating with requesters to ensure they understand the status of their ticket and using the Critical Priority Escalation process for all new critical priority service requests.
