Assist with sustainment lifecycle management activities for DAAS programs and projects, participate in designing software tools and subsystems to support reuse and domain analysis, translate solutions provided by systems designers into detailed program specifications, modify and document program code to correct errors or enhance capabilities.

Serve as a Requirements Analyst for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) DAAS D-BX Implementation, responsible for capturing, validating, and managing system requirements throughout the software development lifecycle; work closely with stakeholders to ensure operational and application needs are accurately documented and translated into clear, actionable requirements for development teams; facilitate communication between business users and technical staff, ensure requirements traceability, and confirm that delivered capabilities align with user expectations.

Serve as Sustainment Lead and Application Programming Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) DAAS D-BX Implementation. Deliver expert-level knowledge of sustainment lifecycle management activities for programs and project operations, with a focus on analyzing functional business applications, designing software solutions, and ensuring integration with DLA enterprise systems.

Lead or supervise system diagnostics and analysis for complex logistics applications in mainframe and distributed environments supporting software conversion or migration projects. Evaluate commercial software tools, recommend integration strategies, and develop scripts, programs, and utilities to support system modernization. Provide technical support and conduct root cause analysis of system performance issues.
