The Group Facilitator provides therapeutic treatment, with an emphasis on evidence-based drug and alcohol treatment methods, through facilitating scheduled groups and documenting the sessions in our EMR. While in this position, you shall maintain all applicable licenses and certification requirements. You will collaborate with the Clinical Director and other professional staff to help develop a comprehensive program of therapy, evaluation and treatment.

You will maintain all applicable licenses and certification requirements. The role is 100% remote work, leading 3-4 psychoeducational groups per day based off of our curriculum library. An essential aspect of virtual IOP is patient engagement and modifying the group to meet the needs of the clients.
