Part-Time (25hrs/week) Immigration Attorney — EOIR Docket Management

US

  • Manage a high-volume EOIR docket of approximately 175 removal cases, ensuring deadlines and hearing preparation stay on track.
  • Work closely with the Managing Attorney and a four-person paralegal team to assign tasks, review filings, and resolve legal questions.
  • Provide hands-on case oversight, client guidance, and emergency motion support in a remote, part-time role.
