Assist patients via phone calls as well as respond to all chat inquiries. Draft and send emails to patients with appointment reminders, test results, or other relevant information. Answer patient calls professionally, addressing basic inquiries and directing complex issues to the appropriate healthcare provider. Make outbound follow-up calls to pharmacies and other healthcare offices as needed.
