Drive developer productivity improvements by optimizing workflows, automation, and developer experience across build, test, and deployment processes.

Lead an empowered team to design, build, and scale Emma’s technology platform, helping Emma become a global leader in sleep comfort products. The work will directly impact customers’ experiences and the quality of the offerings and champion continuous improvement and innovation. Play a key role in attracting, recruiting, developing and retaining great engineering talent.
