Coordinate onboarding for new Digital Reporter independent contractors. Support engagement efforts and assist with QA workflows. Build and maintain an internal knowledge base for Digital Reporter processes.
Manage the virtual Zoom environment, managing breakout rooms, screen sharing, and participant framing. Address real-time technical issues for attendees to ensure a seamless experience throughout the proceeding. Prepare for sessions by reviewing deposition notices, providing documentation to the Court Reporter, and alerting Filevine of delays, if any.
