You'll own systems from commit to production: GitLab CI and Octopus Deploy.

What You'll Do:

Own and re-architect CI/CD pipeline across three language ecosystems.
Find where engineering time goes through conversation and data, and fix what costs most.
Improve local development, onboarding, and bring AI-assisted development into workflow.

What You'll Need:

Deep hands-on CI/CD ownership and real software engineering ability.
Fluency in DORA metrics and infrastructure-as-code in practice.
An ownership mindset with pager experience and mentorship skills.
