Responsibilities:
- Facilitates core Agile ceremonies (sprints, standups, retrospectives) while removing technical and organizational blockers.
- Partners with DevOps and engineering leadership to streamline CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release cycles.
- Tracks and improves team delivery metrics (velocity, lead time, deployment frequency, MTTR).
Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Agile delivery practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Advanced knowledge of DevOps, cloud-based delivery environments, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Advanced proficiency in software development, coding practices, and system design.
