Lead company data cleanup efforts across Engineering and Research, integrating feedback from Product/ESP/IA. Prioritize segments and features of companies that are most relevant to customers. Transform, cleanse, and extract data, delivering accurate and well-structured datasets.
Craft user friendly agentic workflows to accelerate and enrich connections. Design and implement user-centric solutions alongside PMs and designers aiming for simplicity and effectiveness. Write clean, well-tested and maintainable code and foster an environment of rapid iteration and feedback.
Drive revenue growth across Findem’s strategic clients, partnering closely with Customer Success to map adoption to value and ROI. You will generate scalable revenue and hit target quota on a quarterly and annual basis all while developing deep relationships with senior executives. A successful candidate will source new revenue opportunities, act as a trusted advisor, and build business value narratives.
