Our Support team helps our users by answering their questions and solving issues that they have; supporting users via e-mail, there is no need to hang on the phone. We are looking for an independent contractor (EU time zone) for a freelance contract on a cycle of 2 active days and 2 days off, repeating continuously, including public holidays, with each active period lasting 11 hours
You will help ensure that the Flo Secret Chats (Chats Secretos) deliver an engaging and safe social experience to our users. You will perform user-generated content moderation by evaluating posts, comments, and pictures posted by Flo users following our Rules . In this role, you will work closely with the Moderation Lead and the rest of the Moderation Team.
