Freelancer - Video Editor (Part-Time, Remote)

What you'll do:

• Edit UGC footage into short-form videos tailored to TikTok and Snapchat, creating strong opening hooks with transitions and motion graphics.
• Work with Creative Producers and UA to test variations, build on winning concepts, and improve underperforming assets.
• Deliver high-quality assets with fast turnaround, adapt videos for different markets, and explore AI tools to enhance workflows.

What success looks like:

• Videos capture attention quickly and contribute to UA performance.
• Consistent, high-quality output at speed with fast iteration based on creative performance.

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years in motion design or video editing, with a strong portfolio in composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Advanced skills in After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma, plus experience creating short-form UGC content for TikTok.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics like CTR and conversion, and ability to manage high-volume production in a fast-paced environment.
