Innovate and work on creative solutions to help customers manage their Frontify organizations and resources more efficiently. Play a critical role in elevating the team's performance and capabilities. You will handle new challenges independently, from initial discovery, architecture and delivery.

Lead a software development team, mentor engineers, inspiring high performance, and fostering team cohesion. Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., QA, DevOps) to align on goals and deliverables. Contribute to product strategy, plan team roadmap, and drive the team toward measurable, successful outcomes.
