This role owns the full sales cycle with mid-to-large employers (1,000+ employees), partnering with benefits consultants and brokers to replace fragmented, frustrating healthcare with our virtual-first primary care platform. You'll spend significant time developing your strategy, researching target accounts, mapping stakeholder landscapes, and nurturing broker/consultant relationships. You'll also lead discovery conversations with CFOs, CHROs, and benefits teams to diagnose their healthcare challenges and architect custom solutions.
This role will turn data into actionable insights that help guide the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and leadership team by building dashboards, defining key metrics, and running analyses that make operational and financial performance clear. The role blends strong visualization and communication skills with business acumen, helping translate data into decisions that drive impact across the organization.
