Lead the development and execution of medical affairs strategy for gene therapy programs across sickle cell disease and thalassemia. Build and maintain external relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers to provide scientific and clinical information. Provide medical leadership to cross-functional teams and contribute to medical education and communications.
