Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Medical Affairs strategy for gene therapy programs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Build external relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers to provide scientific information.
- Provide medical leadership to cross-functional teams and contribute to medical education and communications.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with at least 7 years of experience in patient care and/or Medical Affairs.
- Experience in Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation, Cell and Gene Therapy or other biologic therapies required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to travel frequently.
