Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of a global, phase-appropriate training strategy for advanced cell therapies.
- Create and manage certification programs, onboarding pathways, and continuous learning initiatives for field teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with product lifecycle and launch readiness.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent) with 10+ years in biotech or pharma.
- At least 5 years in Medical Affairs leadership or training roles, with cell therapy experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and ability to translate complex science into learning.
Benefits:
- Annual salary range of $210,000–$245,000 USD with performance-based bonus and stock plan.
- Fully remote work environment with approximately 15% travel.
