Director of Training, Global Medical Affairs

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of a global, phase-appropriate training strategy for advanced cell therapies.
• Create and manage certification programs, onboarding pathways, and continuous learning initiatives for field teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with product lifecycle and launch readiness.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent) with 10+ years in biotech or pharma.
• At least 5 years in Medical Affairs leadership or training roles, with cell therapy experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and ability to translate complex science into learning.
