Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop teams of clinical operations professionals, including performance management and talent development.
- Oversee oncology clinical trial execution from feasibility to closeout, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Manage resource forecasting, budgets, and vendor collaboration for efficient trial delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field; minimum 8 years of clinical research experience.
- At least 2 years of people management experience; strong oncology expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence.
