Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and execution of oncology site relationship development and engagement initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, clinical research, or related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience working within an oncology clinical trial site or similar clinical research environment.
- Strong understanding of CRO partnerships, site selection, feasibility, and study startup activities.
