Role Overview:
- Provide therapeutic and operational leadership throughout the clinical program and project delivery lifecycle.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop effective delivery strategies and optimize project outcomes.
- Serve as a key point of contact for project management franchise leadership.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of clinical research experience as a CRA or equivalent, with 2+ years of people management.
- Experience managing CNS clinical trials is required.
- Strong knowledge of drug development lifecycle and global regulatory environments.
