The Health & Wellbeing Manager is directly responsible and accountable for the effective delivery of one or more National Diabetes Prevention Programmes across a geographical area. This involves ensuring that the service provided meets or exceeds commissioner performance expectations, are delivered within agreed budget and to agreed quality standards. The role will be responsible for promoting Reed Wellbeing services to achieve participant referral profiles.
